USA Elite Coaching, Leadership & Development Program
About the Program
The Global Sports PD Network is proud to host the 2021 Elite Coaching, Leadership & Development Program, tailored for only 100 participants to learn from current, past and emerging leaders in USA sports.
The program has been designed to provide a unique opportunity to elite level coaches and support staff for ongoing professional and personal development, who have been unable to travel to America for educational and development tours due to Covid travel restrictions, bringing some of the United States best coaches, administrators and mentors from the NBA, NFL, MLB & Pac-12 Conference to you, adding a solution for ongoing development and an opportunity to extend your network in to the United States.
Commencing this August, with a bonus July early-bird session with leadership guru Kevin Eastman, this exclusive nine session program will be held over four months (August – November), allowing all registered participants the flexibility to watch each session live or via replay so you never miss out. A full resource library of sessions plus other bonus recordings will be also be provided at the conclusion of the program.
Each presenter will discuss their own experiences and key learnings, providing valuable insights and lessons that can be adopted and implemented into your own programs, with the opportunity for questions and more in-depth discussion around relevant topics in all sessions.
The Elite Coaching, Leadership & Development Program only has limited spaces for global participation to provide an exclusive and personal opportunity to connect with other coaches and learn from some of the most intelligent minds in American sport. We look forward to hosting you as we cover topics recommended by experienced and emerging coaches throughout the world including, but not limited to:
- Developing a successful and values-based culture
- Coaching & leading in today’s world
- Coaching & development from a player's perspective
- Athlete wellbeing & mental skill development
